BEFORE PURCHASING A PIECE OF JEWELLERY FROM Dorothee-Oliver, THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO HAVE:
Read and understood these purchasing policies and terms, as well as the general website terms and conditions, refund policy, and privacy policy;
Read and understood the Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.) section of this website;
Read the item listing thoroughly and noted sizes and measurements;
Contact us (info@dorothee-oliver.com ) prior to placing an order for clarification if required;
Ensure you are providing the correct ring size (see section in FAQs for how to determine ring size);
Confirm you are not providing Dorothee-Oliver with the last remaining inclusions possible;
AFTER PURCHASING A PIECE OF JEWELLERY FROM Dorothee-Oliver , THE CLIENT AGREES TO:
Send all inclusions promptly (within 30 days of purchase).
Confirm shipping address is correct.
Agrees that the delivered keepsake piece may not appear exactly as pictured in the item listing photos. No two pieces will look the same. Slight variations from piece to piece will occur. Slight colour variations or small imperfections can occur, and can include, but is not limited to: small spots, small air bubbles, slightly off centered inclusions, hair placement, findings not perfectly aligned, etc. Your piece will look as close to what is pictured as possible, however, colors may be less translucent than others. Some breast milk will be more opaque. Some breast milk will be bright white, and some may be more yellow.
Allow Dorothee-Oliver to photograph your finished keepsake and post photos on our website or social media domains. We will never release your name or confidential information.
We are not responsible for items that get lost in the mail. We cannot replace any items lost in the mail, unless premium shipping has been requested and paid for during checkout.
Dorothee-Oliver , and its owner and all affiliates are released legally from all liabilities or anything lost, stolen or damaged during transit, or while in my possession.
Inspect your completed keepsake immediately upon delivery and make us aware of any issues with your piece within 5 days of receipt based on the delivery information provided by the tracking information.
Read and understand the care guidelines to ensure its lasting quality. Please request further information from us regarding care when required, and check your settings and gems regularly prior to wear for any issues.
Dorothee-Oliver cannot offer returns or refunds as each piece contains personal inclusions that we cannot resell. This includes if your piece becomes damaged or broken during use (except during shipping, in which case please contact us). Please refer to the jewellery care instructions to insure your keepsake is properly cared for.
